ATTACK: COUNTER ROCKETS
HOW TO GET:
This is my favorite GF, he has alot of good skills and his Counter Rockets are awesome. To get it, you have to haveboarded Galbadia Garden in flight, and have the second keycard.Go into the main hall with the pillar of light and fight him. Theway I killed him was very simple, if he cast triple on himself, Idispelled it. I cast double on myself, and used 2 Ultima's everyturn and there wasn't much more to the fight. When you get him,get Spd-J and Auto Haste as top priorities.
