HOW TO GET:
Go to Cactaur island,which is near the bottom part of the map, just off the coast ofthe lower island, its kind of hard to explain, look at the map onthe main page. Find the little green thing sticking out of thedesert, go to it and kill him. I heard that Leviathan was good to kill him.
